REDS Studio Legale Associato operates in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (as subsequently amended), the Italian code on personal data protection. 
Should you decide to voluntarily submit your data, we inform you that under Article 13 of the abovementioned decree, such data shall be used solely for the purposes of carrying out the requested activities, for sending the information or material requested and/or for tax or administrative purposes.
In connection with this data, you will be entitled to exercise the rights provided in Article 7 of D.lgs. 196/2003 and in particular you may revoke or suspend this service at any time.
Personal data is processed using manual and automated devices, guaranteeing the security and confidentiality of that data without circulating or communicating it to third parties, save for communications necessary to carry out the requested activity or to discharge any tax and administrative obligations. 
The data-controller is REDS Studio Legale Associato, with offices in Viale Liegi, no.7, Rome, in the person of its legal representative, Annalisa Rossi.  
Under Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, you may exercise the following rights with regard to personal data at any time:

1. The data-subject is entitled to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data, even if not yet registered, and to receive that data in an intelligible form. 

2. The data-subject is entitled to receive information: 

  • on the origin of the personal data;
  • on the purpose of and the procedures used for processing; 
  • on the logic implemented in case of data-processing using electronic devices; 
  • on information identifying the data-controller, the data-processor and the representative appointed pursuant to Article 5, Paragraph 2; 
  • on the persons and categories of persons to whom such personal data may be communicated or who may learn of such data in their capacity as appointed representative in the State's territory or as data processors or persons tasked with processing.
3. The data-subject is entitled to:

  • update, correct or, when necessary, supplement the information; 
  • cancel, transform into anonymous form or interrupt the processing of information that violates the law, therein including information that is no longer necessary for the purposes for which such information was collected or subsequently processed; 
  • a declaration whereby the contents of the operations set forth under letters a) and b) were brought to the attention of those to whom data has been communicated or circulated, unless this proves to be impossible or requires the use of means that are evidently disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The data-subject is entitled, for lawful reasons, to oppose, entirely or in part:

  • personal data processing that concerns him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of its collection; 
  • personal data processing that concerns him/her for the purpose of sending advertising material or making direct sales or to carry out market research or commercial communications.
