Giuliana Caggiula is one of the founding partners of
REDS Studio Legale Associato.
Giuliana gained her experience in leading Italian and international law firms, specializing in corporate transactions and in general in corporate and commercial law.
She assists Clients in relation to corporate governance and in drawing up and negotiating commercial agreements.
Following her law degree at "LUISS Guido Carli", Rome, she attended various courses and seminars on corporate law.
She was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2004. Admitted to the Supreme Court in 2017.
Giuliana speaks Italian and English.
